The research aims to provide insights into how remote work influences employee engagement levels and performance outcomes, as well as to identify the factors that contribute to successful remote work practices in the tech sector. The study employs a case study approach, utilizing qualitative data collection methods such as interviews, surveys, and document analysis to gather information from employees and managers in tech companies that have transitioned to remote work settings.
