Diversity and inclusion initiatives have gained significant attention in organizations as they strive to create a more inclusive and engaging workplace environment. This thesis explores the impact of diversity and inclusion initiatives on employee engagement in the workplace. The study aims to understand how organizations can leverage diversity and inclusion practices to enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve organizational performance. The research methodology utilized a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with employees from various organizations. The data collected were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify key themes and patterns related to diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement. The findings of the study revealed that organizations that prioritize diversity and inclusion initiatives tend to have higher levels of employee engagement. Employees reported feeling more valued, respected, and motivated in inclusive work environments.
