Diversity and inclusion initiatives have gained significant attention in organizations as they strive to create a more inclusive and engaging workplace environment. This thesis explores the impact of diversity and inclusion initiatives on employee engagement in the workplace. The study aims to understand how organizations can leverage diversity and inclusion practices to enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve organizational performance.
