The study aims to identify key challenges faced by organizations when implementing remote work policies, as well as potential opportunities for enhancing employee productivity and engagement. Through an in-depth analysis of existing literature, this research examines the various factors influencing the successful implementation of remote work policies and their implications for HR management. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, highlighting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms.
