The rapid adoption of remote work arrangements has significantly transformed organizational operations, presenting both opportunities and challenges for maintaining and enhancing employee productivity. Despite the growing prevalence of telecommuting, many organizations encounter difficulties in designing effective productivity improvement interventions tailored to remote working environments. This study aims to develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive remote work productivity improvement program within a multinational corporation comprising approximately 1,200 employees across multiple departments. The primary objectives are to identify key factors influencing remote work productivity, design targeted intervention strategies based on these factors, and assess the efficacy of the program through empirical evaluation. Adopting a mixed-methods research design, the study combines quantitative and qualitative approaches to generate a robust understanding of remote work productivity dynamics. The population comprises full-time employees engaged in remote work for at least six months; a stratified random sampling technique selected a sample of 300 employees to ensure representation across departments and job levels.
