This thesis investigates the impact of a vegan diet on cardiovascular health in middle-aged adults. The research methodology involved a comprehensive literature review to examine existing studies on vegan diets and cardiovascular health, followed by a cross-sectional study involving middle-aged adults who adhere to a vegan diet. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and medical tests to assess various cardiovascular health parameters.
