This study aimed to investigate the effect of meal timing on weight management in adults through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature and the implementation of a research methodology to examine this relationship. Chapter One provides an introduction to the study, background information, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definitions of key terms. Chapter Two presents a detailed literature review encompassing ten key aspects related to meal timing and weight management. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology, including study design, participants, data collection methods, tools used, data analysis techniques, ethical considerations, and limitations. Chapter Four delves into the discussion of findings, analyzing the results obtained from the research and how they relate to existing literature and theories.
