High-intensity interval training (HIIT) has gained significant attention in recent years as an effective exercise modality for improving cardiovascular health. This thesis explores the impact of HIIT on cardiovascular health in college athletes. The study aims to investigate the effects of HIIT on key cardiovascular parameters such as heart rate, blood pressure, and aerobic capacity in a population of college athletes.
