The development of personalized dietary recommendations has garnered significant attention in recent years due to growing recognition of individual variability in metabolic responses to food. This project aims to explore the feasibility and efficacy of utilizing metabolic profiling to tailor dietary advice to individuals. Metabolic profiling techniques will be employed to characterize the unique metabolic signatures of participants, followed by the formulation of personalized dietary recommendations based on these profiles. The study seeks to elucidate the potential benefits of personalized nutrition in improving metabolic health and preventing diet-related diseases.
