This thesis focuses on the development of a novel food preservation technique using ultrasound technology. Ultrasound technology has gained attention in recent years due to its non-thermal nature and potential for preserving food products effectively. The research begins with a comprehensive review of the current literature on food preservation methods, particularly focusing on ultrasound technology and its applications in the food industry.
