This study aims to comprehensively evaluate and compare the nutritional quality of organic and conventional foods. Organic farming practices have gained popularity due to their perceived health and environmental benefits. However, scientific evidence regarding the nutritional superiority of organic foods remains inconclusive. This research will employ a systematic approach to analyze various nutritional parameters, including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other bioactive compounds, in organic and conventional food samples. The study will involve laboratory analysis, literature review, and statistical comparisons to elucidate any significant differences in nutritional composition between organic and conventional foods.
