Effective property management is pivotal for maximizing tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency in contemporary real estate markets; however, traditional management approaches often face challenges related to communication gaps, inefficient maintenance tracking, and limited tenant engagement. This study aims to develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive smart property management system that leverages advanced ICT solutions to enhance tenant interaction and streamline operational processes. The specific objectives are to assess the current state of property management practices, identify technological requirements for system development, evaluate user acceptance, and measure the impact of the proposed system on tenant engagement and operational efficiencies. Utilizing a mixed-methods research design, the study combines qualitative and quantitative approaches to ensure a holistic understanding of the subject. The qualitative component involves thematic analysis of interviews with property managers, tenants, and ICT experts to explore current practices, expectations, and perceived barriers to technology adoption. The quantitative component comprises a survey distributed to 400 tenants and 50 property managers across metropolitan residential complexes, with stratified random sampling ensuring representativeness.
