Abstract
This study examines the environmental impacts of various lifestyle and consumption patterns. Lifestyle factors such as transportation choices, dietary habits, housing and living arrangements, recreational activities, and consumer purchases all have associated environmental consequences. By analyzing available data on resource usage, pollution emissions, waste generation, and other impact metrics across different lifestyle archetypes, this project aims to identify high and low impact behaviors. The goal is to raise awareness of how individual lifestyle decisions cumulatively affect the environment and contribute to global sustainability challenges. Recommendations are provided for lower impact alternatives that could be adopted on both personal and societal levels.
