These issues not only impact the economy but also pose significant environmental and safety risks. This research project aims to investigate the effects of pipeline vitalization in Nigeria, focusing on the problems faced and potential solutions to enhance the efficiency and security of the pipeline network. The study will involve a comprehensive review of existing literature on pipeline management, vandalism trends, and regulatory frameworks in Nigeria.
