This project seeks to develop a comprehensive business plan for a new restaurant venture called Main Street Eats. The business plan will include an executive summary, company overview, market analysis, operations plan, and financial projections. Research will be conducted on the local restaurant industry, target customer base, competitors, regulations, and other factors. The operations plan will outline the restaurant concept, menu items, staffing needs, supplier relationships, and opening timeline. Detailed three-year financial projections will be created including projected income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets. If viable, the business plan will be used to seek startup funding from investors. The goal of this project is to evaluate the feasibility of launching Main Street Eats and gain approval to move forward with opening the restaurant.
