Urban neighborhoods continually face constraints on informal enterprise growth due to limited access to capital, mentorship, and shared infrastructure. This study addresses the gap by designing and evaluating a Community Micro-Entrepreneurship Hub (CMEH) as a localized support ecosystem that integrates coworking spaces, business incubation services, and shared manufacturing facilities to catalyze micro-entrepreneurship in dense urban settings. The aim is to assess how a co-located hub influences start-up formation, survival, and scale, while evaluating social capital, skill development, and resource access as mediating mechanisms.
