Abstract
This project will develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for a new startup clothing company called Threads Co. that is launching in January 2025. The strategy will cover the first year of operations from January to December 2025. Chapter 1 will provide an overview of Threads Co. and the clothing industry. Chapter 2 will analyze the target market and customer segments. Chapter 3 will develop marketing goals and objectives. Chapter 4 will create a marketing mix strategy covering the 7Ps - product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. Chapter 5 will develop a marketing budget and sales forecast. The implementation and evaluation of the marketing strategy will ensure Threads Co. successfully launches and achieves its first year sales and profitability goals.
