This study aims to investigate the impact of FDI on economic growth in developing countries, focusing on various dimensions such as capital inflows, technology transfer, employment generation, and productivity enhancement. The research adopts a quantitative approach and utilizes panel data analysis to examine the relationship between FDI inflows and economic growth indicators over a specified period. The introductory section provides a comprehensive background to the study, outlining the importance of FDI in driving economic development and the challenges faced by developing countries in attracting and optimizing FDI inflows. The problem statement highlights the gaps in existing literature regarding the specific mechanisms through which FDI influences economic growth in developing countries and the need for empirical analysis to provide evidence-based insights. The objectives of the study are to analyze the impact of FDI on key economic indicators such as GDP growth, employment rates, and technological advancement in developing countries. The study also aims to identify the factors that determine the effectiveness of FDI in promoting sustainable economic growth and to provide policy recommendations for optimizing the benefits of FDI inflows.
