Despite widespread adoption, the extent to which digital payment adoption impacts small business revenue remains underexplored, particularly within developed urban markets where digital infrastructure is robust. This study aims to evaluate the impact of digital payment adoption on small business revenue, with specific objectives to quantify revenue changes attributable to digital payment integration, identify factors mediating this relationship, and assess the differential effects across industry sectors. The research employs a quantitative, cross-sectional survey design rooted in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Diffusion of Innovations (DOI) theory, facilitating an understanding of technological adoption behaviors and their economic outcomes.
