This research project aims to explore the causes and potential solutions to reduce infant mortality rates worldwide. The study will investigate various factors contributing to infant mortality, including but not limited to prematurity, low birth weight, birth defects, infections, and lack of access to quality healthcare services. The research will involve a comprehensive literature review to analyze existing studies and data on infant mortality. By synthesizing this information, the project aims to identify common trends and key determinants associated with infant deaths. Additionally, the study will explore disparities in infant mortality rates among different populations, including ethnic groups, socio-economic status, and geographic regions. One of the primary objectives of this research is to propose evidence-based solutions to address the underlying causes of infant mortality.
