The study is guided by the overarching goal of improving healthcare access, quality, and outcomes for pediatric patients through the integration of telemedicine technologies. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, presenting the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definitions of key terms related to telemedicine in pediatric care.
