Telemedicine has emerged as a powerful tool in transforming healthcare delivery, especially in pediatric care. This study explores the impact of telemedicine on pediatric care and parental satisfaction. The research investigates how telemedicine influences the quality of care provided to pediatric patients and how it affects the satisfaction levels of parents whose children receive care through telemedicine platforms. The study also examines the challenges and limitations associated with telemedicine in pediatric care. The literature review presents a comprehensive analysis of existing studies on telemedicine in pediatric care, highlighting the benefits, drawbacks, and gaps in the current research. The research methodology section outlines the research design, data collection methods, and analysis techniques employed in this study. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and observational studies to gather insights from healthcare providers, parents, and pediatric patients.
