This thesis presents a comparative study on the efficacy and patient satisfaction of utilizing telemedicine for remote pediatric care. The research aims to investigate the impact of telemedicine interventions on the quality of care provided to pediatric patients, as well as the satisfaction levels of both patients and healthcare providers involved in remote consultations. Chapter One introduces the background of the study, highlighting the growing importance of telemedicine in pediatric care and the need for a comparative analysis of its efficacy and patient satisfaction. The problem statement identifies gaps in existing literature and sets the foundation for the research objectives.
