Telemedicine has emerged as a promising solution to improve healthcare access and quality, particularly in pediatric care. This thesis explores the implementation of telemedicine in pediatric care and its impact on accessibility and quality of services. The study aims to investigate the effectiveness of telemedicine in providing healthcare services to pediatric patients, identify the challenges and limitations faced in its implementation, and evaluate the overall impact on accessibility and quality of care. The research begins with a comprehensive literature review to understand the current state of telemedicine in pediatric care, including its benefits, limitations, and existing research findings. The study then moves on to the research methodology, which includes data collection methods, sample selection, and data analysis techniques. Findings from the study reveal the various ways in which telemedicine has improved accessibility to pediatric care, especially in remote and underserved areas. The study also highlights the positive impact of telemedicine on the quality of services provided to pediatric patients, such as timely consultations, reduced waiting times, and improved patient outcomes. Despite the benefits, the study also uncovers challenges in the implementation of telemedicine in pediatric care, including issues related to technology infrastructure, regulatory barriers, and patient acceptance.
