Telemedicine has emerged as a valuable tool in modern healthcare delivery, allowing for remote diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of patients. In the realm of pediatric care, where accessibility to specialized healthcare services can be limited, telemedicine holds promise in improving the quality and efficiency of care provided to children. This comparative study aims to investigate the impact of telemedicine on pediatric care by comparing traditional in-person care with telemedicine-based care in terms of effectiveness, cost, patient satisfaction, and overall outcomes. The study begins with a comprehensive review of the existing literature on telemedicine in pediatric care, highlighting the benefits and challenges associated with its implementation. Through a systematic analysis of ten key articles, the literature review section provides insights into the current state of telemedicine in pediatric practice and identifies gaps in research that this study aims to address. The research methodology section outlines the design of the study, including the selection of participants, data collection methods, and analysis techniques. By employing both qualitative and quantitative approaches, the study aims to gather robust data that can provide a thorough understanding of the impact of telemedicine on pediatric care. The findings and discussion section presents the results of the comparative analysis between traditional and telemedicine-based pediatric care.
