Telemedicine is gaining increasing recognition as a valuable tool in modern healthcare, offering potential benefits for both patients and healthcare providers. This study investigates the effectiveness of telemedicine in pediatric care through a comparative analysis with traditional in-person care. The primary objective is to evaluate the impact of telemedicine on the quality of pediatric healthcare delivery, patient outcomes, and healthcare accessibility. The research methodology involves a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of patient data and qualitative feedback from healthcare professionals and caregivers. A comprehensive literature review provides a foundation for understanding the current landscape of telemedicine in pediatric care, highlighting key benefits and challenges associated with its implementation. Findings from the study indicate that telemedicine can significantly improve access to pediatric healthcare services, particularly in remote or underserved areas.
