Telemedicine, the remote provision of healthcare services through telecommunications technology, has emerged as a promising solution to improve access to pediatric healthcare services, particularly in underserved and remote areas. This thesis investigates the effectiveness of telemedicine in enhancing access to pediatric healthcare services. The study aims to evaluate the impact of telemedicine on healthcare access, patient outcomes, and overall satisfaction among pediatric patients and their families. The introduction provides an overview of the growing importance of telemedicine in pediatric healthcare and outlines the research objectives, scope, and significance of the study. The background of the study highlights the existing challenges in accessing pediatric healthcare services and the potential benefits of telemedicine in addressing these challenges. The problem statement emphasizes the need to explore the effectiveness of telemedicine in improving access to pediatric healthcare services. The literature review chapter presents a comprehensive analysis of existing research studies, articles, and reports related to telemedicine in pediatric healthcare.
