Telehealth services have emerged as a valuable tool in healthcare delivery, especially in rural communities where access to traditional healthcare services can be limited. This thesis explores the impact of telehealth services on patient care in rural communities from a nursing perspective. The study investigates how telehealth interventions influence patient outcomes, access to care, and overall healthcare delivery in rural settings. The introduction provides an overview of telehealth services and the unique challenges faced by rural communities in accessing quality healthcare. The background of the study highlights the growing importance of telehealth in addressing healthcare disparities and improving patient care outcomes. The problem statement identifies gaps in the literature regarding the specific impact of telehealth services on patient care in rural communities.
