Telehealth services have emerged as a valuable tool in healthcare delivery, offering innovative solutions to address healthcare disparities, particularly in rural communities. This thesis explores the impact of telehealth services on patient care within rural settings from a nursing perspective. The study aims to investigate how telehealth interventions influence patient outcomes, access to care, and overall healthcare delivery in rural areas. A comprehensive literature review was conducted to examine existing research on telehealth services, rural healthcare challenges, and nursing roles in telehealth implementation. The research methodology involved qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, including interviews with healthcare providers, surveys of patients utilizing telehealth services, and analysis of healthcare data. The findings from the study revealed significant improvements in patient care outcomes, increased access to specialized care, and enhanced patient satisfaction levels through the utilization of telehealth services in rural communities.
