Telehealth, as a rapidly evolving tool in healthcare delivery, offers potential solutions to address these challenges by enabling remote monitoring, communication, and support. The introduction section sets the stage by discussing the rising prevalence of chronic diseases among older adults and the limitations of traditional healthcare models in managing these conditions effectively.
