This thesis investigates the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes in home care settings. The study aims to explore how telehealth interventions influence patient health outcomes, satisfaction levels, and overall quality of care in the home care setting. The research is guided by a comprehensive literature review, examining existing studies on the effectiveness of telehealth in various healthcare settings. The methodology involves a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of patient data with qualitative interviews of healthcare providers and patients utilizing telehealth services in home care. Findings from the study reveal that telehealth interventions have a positive impact on patient outcomes in home care settings.
