This thesis investigates the impact of telehealth interventions on managing chronic conditions in elderly patients. With the growing elderly population and the increasing prevalence of chronic conditions, there is a pressing need for innovative approaches to healthcare delivery. Telehealth, which utilizes technology to provide healthcare remotely, has emerged as a promising solution to address the healthcare needs of elderly patients with chronic conditions. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of telehealth interventions in managing chronic conditions in elderly patients and to identify the factors that contribute to successful outcomes. The research methodology employed in this study includes a comprehensive literature review to examine existing evidence on the use of telehealth interventions in managing chronic conditions in elderly patients. The literature review will cover various aspects such as the types of telehealth interventions, their impact on health outcomes, patient satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, the study will incorporate a qualitative research approach, including interviews with healthcare providers and elderly patients who have experienced telehealth interventions.
