This thesis explores the impact of telehealth on patient care outcomes in home health nursing. The aim of this study is to investigate how telehealth interventions influence patient care outcomes, such as quality of care, patient satisfaction, and health outcomes. The study begins with a comprehensive literature review to examine existing research on telehealth in home health nursing. The literature review covers topics such as the benefits and challenges of telehealth, best practices for implementing telehealth interventions, and the impact of telehealth on patient care outcomes. This review provides a theoretical framework for understanding the potential impact of telehealth on patient care outcomes in home health nursing.
