Telehealth has emerged as a valuable tool in healthcare delivery, offering innovative ways to provide care remotely. This thesis explores the implementation and impact of telehealth in nursing care, focusing on how this technology is transforming the nursing profession. The study investigates the various telehealth interventions being used in nursing care, the challenges associated with their implementation, and the outcomes they have on patient care and nurse workflow. The research is conducted through a comprehensive literature review, which examines existing studies, reports, and articles related to telehealth in nursing care. The review identifies key themes and trends in the field, highlighting the benefits and limitations of telehealth technologies in improving access to care, enhancing patient outcomes, and increasing efficiency in nursing practice.
