Telehealth services have emerged as a promising solution to address the challenges of chronic disease management, offering innovative ways to monitor and support patients remotely. This systematic review aims to investigate the impact of telehealth services on patient outcomes in chronic disease management. The review critically examines existing literature to analyze the effectiveness of telehealth interventions in improving patient outcomes, such as disease control, quality of life, and healthcare utilization. The study begins with a comprehensive introduction that sets the context for the review, highlighting the rising prevalence of chronic diseases globally and the increasing adoption of telehealth services in healthcare delivery. The background of the study provides an overview of telehealth technologies and their potential benefits in managing chronic conditions, emphasizing the need for evidence-based research to evaluate their impact.
