This thesis investigates the impact of mindfulness-based interventions on stress reduction among nursing students through a systematic review and meta-analysis. Stress is a prevalent issue in nursing education, affecting the well-being and academic performance of students. Mindfulness-based interventions have gained attention for their potential to reduce stress and enhance coping mechanisms.
