Telehealth has emerged as a promising solution to improve access to healthcare services and enhance patient care outcomes in various healthcare settings, including home health nursing. This thesis explores the impact of telehealth on patient care outcomes in home health nursing to provide valuable insights for healthcare professionals and policymakers. The study begins by examining the background of telehealth and its relevance in the context of home health nursing. It identifies the growing trend of utilizing telehealth technologies to deliver remote healthcare services and the potential benefits it offers in improving patient care outcomes. The problem statement highlights the challenges faced by home health nurses in delivering quality care to patients and the role telehealth can play in addressing these challenges. The objectives of the study are to evaluate the effectiveness of telehealth in improving patient care outcomes, identify the factors influencing the adoption of telehealth in home health nursing, and assess the satisfaction levels of patients and healthcare providers with telehealth services.
