The utilization of technology in healthcare has significantly transformed patient care, particularly in the management of pain following surgery. This study delves into the impact of technology on pain management in post-operative care settings. Through a comprehensive review of literature, this research explores the various technologies, such as telemedicine, wearable devices, and electronic health records, that have been implemented to enhance pain management practices. The study investigates the effectiveness of these technologies in improving patient outcomes, reducing pain levels, and enhancing overall patient satisfaction. The research methodology employed in this study includes a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques. Surveys and interviews will be conducted with healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers to gather insights into their experiences with technology-assisted pain management strategies. Additionally, patient medical records and post-operative pain scores will be analyzed to assess the impact of technology on pain management outcomes. The findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of technology in enhancing pain management practices in post-operative care.
