Telehealth services have emerged as a significant innovation within the healthcare industry, offering new avenues for delivering care and improving patient outcomes. This thesis explores the impact of telehealth services on patient care outcomes in a community hospital setting. The study aims to investigate the effectiveness of telehealth interventions in enhancing patient care, the challenges faced in implementing telehealth services, and the overall implications for healthcare delivery. The introduction provides an overview of telehealth services and their potential benefits in improving access to care, reducing healthcare costs, and enhancing patient outcomes. The background of the study outlines the evolution of telehealth technologies and their increasing adoption in various healthcare settings. The problem statement highlights the need to evaluate the impact of telehealth services on patient care outcomes to inform decision-making and policy development.
