Thesis Abstract

<p> This project aims to analyze the biochemistry of drug metabolism, focusing on the enzymatic processes involved in the biotransformation of drugs in the human body. Drug metabolism plays a crucial role in determining the efficacy, toxicity, and duration of action of pharmaceutical compounds. This research will explore the various metabolic pathways, including phase I and phase II reactions, as well as the enzymes responsible for drug metabolism. The project will also investigate factors that influence drug metabolism, such as genetic variations and drug-drug interactions. By gaining a deeper understanding of drug metabolism, this study aims to contribute to the development of safer and more effective medications. <br></p>
