This study aims to assess the impact of various dental biofilm management strategies on oral health outcomes, with a focus on preventing dental caries and periodontal diseases. Dental biofilm, commonly known as plaque, plays a central role in the development of oral diseases, and effective biofilm management is essential for maintaining oral health. The research will compare the efficacy of different biofilm removal methods, such as mechanical, chemical, and antimicrobial approaches, in reducing biofilm accumulation and preventing associated dental conditions. By elucidating the impact of diverse biofilm management techniques, this project seeks to inform evidence-based recommendations for oral hygiene practices and professional dental care.
