This thesis aims to assess the efficacy of tele-dentistry in providing oral health care services by evaluating its impact on patient outcomes, cost-effectiveness, and overall satisfaction. The study will employ a mixed-methods research design, combining quantitative analysis of patient data with qualitative interviews and surveys to gather comprehensive insights into the effectiveness of tele-dentistry. Chapter One provides an introduction to the study, outlining the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms.
