This thesis aims to assess the efficacy of various dental flossing techniques in plaque removal to provide evidence-based recommendations for oral health practices. The study will be conducted through a systematic literature review of existing research on dental flossing techniques and their effectiveness in plaque removal. Ten key articles will be selected for detailed analysis, focusing on the methodologies used, outcomes measured, and conclusions drawn regarding the efficacy of different flossing techniques. The review will encompass both clinical trials and experimental studies to provide a comprehensive overview of the current evidence in this field. In the research methodology section, the study design will be outlined, detailing the criteria for article selection, data extraction methods, and analysis techniques.
