Thesis Abstract

This project aims to assess the impact of agrochemical residues on crop quality and their potential implications for human health. Agrochemicals, including pesticides and fertilizers, are widely used in modern agriculture to enhance crop productivity and protect plants from pests and diseases. However, the residues of these chemicals in food crops can pose risks to human consumers. The project will investigate the presence of agrochemical residues in crops, their accumulation patterns, and the potential health effects associated with their consumption. The findings will contribute to a better understanding of the risks posed by agrochemical residues and inform strategies for ensuring food safety and public health.
