Thesis Abstract

This research project aims to investigate the impact of cyber warfare on human rights violations in the context of modern international relations. The study will explore the ways in which cyber warfare tactics and strategies have been used to perpetrate human rights abuses, including surveillance, censorship, and attacks on critical infrastructure. The project will also examine the legal and ethical implications of cyber warfare in relation to human rights law and international humanitarian law. By analyzing case studies and conducting in-depth interviews with experts in the field, this research seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the complex relationship between cyber warfare and human rights violations.
