Victim-offender mediation programs have emerged as an alternative approach to traditional criminal justice processes, aiming to facilitate dialogue and restitution between victims and offenders. This research project seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of victim-offender mediation programs in addressing the needs of both parties and promoting restorative justice principles. By conducting a comparative analysis of program outcomes and participant experiences, this study aims to provide insights into the potential benefits and challenges associated with victim-offender mediation, as well as its implications for the broader criminal justice system.
