Thesis Abstract

Abstract
Mobile computing has become an integral part of our daily lives, with the widespread use of smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices. One of the key challenges in mobile computing is efficient location management to ensure seamless connectivity and service provision as users move between different locations. This research project focuses on developing a novel mobile computing location management system that aims to enhance the effectiveness of location-based services and improve the overall user experience. The proposed system leverages advanced location tracking technologies such as GPS, Wi-Fi positioning, and cellular network-based localization to accurately determine the users' locations in real-time. By utilizing a combination of these technologies, the system can provide precise location information regardless of the user's environment, whether indoors or outdoors. This enables the delivery of context-aware services that are tailored to the user's current location and situation. In addition to location tracking, the system incorporates intelligent algorithms for location prediction and user behavior analysis.
