Thesis Abstract

Abstract
This research project focuses on assessing the effect of organizational culture on the performance of quantity surveying firms in Nigeria. Organizational culture plays a significant role in shaping the behavior, values, and norms within a firm, which in turn impact its overall performance. The study aims to investigate how different aspects of organizational culture, such as leadership style, communication patterns, teamwork, and innovation, influence the performance of quantity surveying firms in Nigeria.
