The increasing integration of digital learning technologies into business education necessitates a comprehensive understanding of their comparative effectiveness across different national contexts, where diverse technological infrastructures, cultural factors, and pedagogical practices influence learning outcomes. This study addresses the critical need to evaluate how digital learning modalities impact learners' academic achievement, engagement, and skill acquisition in business programs across multiple countries, specifically focusing on the United States, Germany, Nigeria, and Japan. The primary aim is to analyze variations in digital learning effectiveness and identify the contextual factors that enhance or hinder its success in different settings. To achieve this, the research articulates three specific objectives first, to assess the levels of digital learning effectiveness among business students in the selected countries; second, to compare key factors such as technological accessibility, pedagogical approaches, and cultural attitudes that influence digital learning outcomes; and third, to develop a tailored framework for optimizing digital education strategies across diverse national contexts. The research adopts a comparative, cross-sectional research design, integrating both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to ensure a comprehensive analysis. The population comprises undergraduate and postgraduate business students enrolled in accredited universities within each country, totaling approximately 2,000 participants (500 from each country). A stratified random sampling technique is employed to select respondents, ensuring representation across different academic levels and disciplines within business faculties.
