In an era marked by rapid digital transformation, the development of digital literacy skills among business students has become critical for their effective participation in contemporary organizational contexts. This study investigates the progression of digital literacy competencies among business students at Tech Innovators Inc., a leading technology consultancy firm, to identify factors that influence digital skill acquisition and application in real-world business environments. The study aims to assess the current level of digital literacy among students and explore the effectiveness of existing educational interventions, with specific objectives including examining the relationship between academic curricula and digital skill development, evaluating the role of experiential learning opportunities, and identifying gaps in digital literacy competencies needed for modern business practices. The research adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques to provide a comprehensive understanding of digital literacy development.
