In the rapidly evolving global economy, the integration of entrepreneurial skills and mindset within business education curricula has become increasingly imperative to equip graduates with the competencies necessary for innovative and sustainable enterprise development. Despite the recognized importance, existing curricula often lack a comprehensive, systematic framework for embedding entrepreneurial mindset development, resulting in graduates inadequately prepared to navigate and capitalize on entrepreneurial opportunities. This study aims to develop and validate a pragmatic framework for integrating entrepreneurial mindset development into business education curricula, addressing the gap between theoretical entrepreneurship education and practical skills application. The specific objectives are to identify key components of entrepreneurial mindset relevant to business students, examine existing curriculum structures concerning entrepreneurial skill development, explore stakeholders' perspectives on effective integration strategies, and formulate a conceptual framework that guides curriculum enhancement. The study adopts a mixed-methods research design, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches to ensure comprehensive understanding and validation of the proposed framework. The qualitative phase involves semi-structured interviews with 30 business educators, industry practitioners, and curriculum developers to explore perceptions, experiences, and best practices related to entrepreneurial mindset inculcation. The quantitative phase employs a survey distributed to 500 business students across five universities, utilizing stratified sampling to ensure representative data, with data collected through validated Likert-scale questionnaires measuring entrepreneurial attitudes, skills, and curriculum exposure. Data analysis employs thematic analysis for qualitative insights, using NVivo software to identify recurring themes and patterns in stakeholder perspectives. Quantitative data will be analyzed through descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS to examine relationships between curriculum components, entrepreneurial mindset traits, and student outcomes. The SEM will test the hypothesized relationships posited by the emerging framework, assessing its validity and predictive power. Ethical considerations, including informed consent and confidentiality, are strictly observed throughout data collection and analysis. The anticipated findings are that a well-structured integration of entrepreneurial components—such as opportunity recognition, risk-taking, resilience, and innovation—within business curricula significantly enhances students’ entrepreneurial intentions, skills, and attitudes. The study expects to reveal critical curriculum design features, pedagogical approaches, and stakeholder engagement strategies that positively influence entrepreneurial mindset development. The validated framework will illustrate the pathways through which curriculum elements foster entrepreneurial traits, contributing to both theoretical understanding and practical application in business education. This research contributes novel insights to entrepreneurship and business education literature by providing an empirically grounded, multidimensional framework that guides curriculum reform aimed at cultivating entrepreneurial mindsets. It advances the theoretical discourse by extending existing models like the Entrepreneurial Skill Development Model and the Theory of Planned Behavior, integrating them into a cohesive curriculum-centered approach. Additionally, it offers actionable recommendations for university administrators, educators, and policymakers to revise curricula, enhance pedagogical methods, and foster entrepreneurial cultures. In conclusion, this study underscores the importance of systematically embedding entrepreneurial mindset components within business education to produce graduates capable of innovative enterprise creation and leadership. Recommendations include adopting the proposed framework for curriculum development, fostering collaborative industry-university linkages for experiential learning, and integrating assessment metrics for entrepreneurial skills. Future research avenues suggest longitudinal studies to assess long-term impacts of curriculum reforms and cross-cultural validations of the framework to enhance its generalizability and effectiveness across diverse educational contexts.
